秘匿 · Hitoku — Privacy
The Usui Reiki International Gakkai treats the information you share with quiet care. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, course of interest, and the message you write to us.
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to administer the application process and our educational activities — including the introductory video conversation held before enrolment. We do not use it for marketing.
Inquiries are stored on the systems of the Gakkai and its trusted service providers. Access is limited to the teachers and administrators involved in enrolment.
When we reply to your inquiry or correspond with you during the application process, we do so by email. We keep this correspondence for as long as it is needed to administer your application and course, and for a reasonable period thereafter.
The website makes minimal use of cookies and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors find and read the site, in aggregate only. Further detail is given in our Cookie Notice.
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers for email, hosting, and — where used — analytics. These providers process information only on our instructions and under their own confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any newsletter without your explicit request.
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw your inquiry, at any time by writing to study@usuireikigakkai.org.
Questions about this policy may be sent to the same address.
